Students in their last years of study in priority courses with mandatory practical components and who have been awarded priority for entrance into Australia. However, some students, such as those who have received the Russian Sputnik V vaccination or some Chinese Sinopharm vaccines that have not been certified by the Department of Home Affairs, are still not permitted.
