La Trobe University is Providing Opportunity For Srilankan Students To Study At Home

La TorbeUniversity is partnering with Horizon Campus to help students to study at La Trobe University from their homes. This partnership will help students to study Business, Information Technology and Engineering without leaving their home country. To avail of this opportunity, interested students are required to pursue a one-year diploma course at Horizon Campus, Sri Lanka. The faculty of Horizon Campus will follow the Australian Syllabus and will teach students according to it. This diploma course will help undergraduate Srilankan students to study at La Trobe University, Australia, without leaving their home country. John Dewar AO vice-chancellor at La Trobe University, said this collaboration with Horizon Campus will help to promote Australian teaching and learning in Sri Lanka. This partnership will also help students to transfer themselves to one of the campuses of La Trobe University in Melbourne. John Dewar Ao also said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for Sri Lankan students to get a taste of Australian higher education before they make the decision to move here to study and work,”.
