Creative and Digital art students of Charles Darwin University have introduced the first risograph exhibition of the artwork. First-year students of creative and digital arts at Charles Darwin University are working with layers of a range of digital and non-digital techniques to create artistic compositions. These compositions are printed on a new Risograph printer situated in CDU Riso studio at the Casuarina campus. Matthew Van Roden, a creative and digital art lecturer at Charles Darwin University said the students have been experimenting with fluorescent Riso inks and applying their colour theory knowledge through unique Risographic printing techniques. He also said that “Our student body is wonderfully diverse, they bring equally diverse interests and creative practices to the classroom,”.
