12 Elite athletes at the University of Canberra have been awarded with a scholarship of $120,000. Each student will receive $10,000 under The Eldon and Anne Foote Elite Athlete Scholarship. This scholarship has been given to the students at the university for many years. This year students are coming to avail this scholarship from many different areas of sports. The recipients of this scholarship include a gymnast, boxing coach, Rugby Union and League players, snowsport athletes, athletics competitors, hockey players, softball players, and a rowing player.
